Refund Policy
At Just Because Gifts & Co. we want you to love your gift box experience! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:
Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of our curated gift boxes, we cannot accept returns on:

Perishable goods (e.g. food items)
 - 
Personalized or custom-made products
 - 
Sale items or promotional bundles

Refunds
- 
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
 - 
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 - 
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- 
If your box arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
 - 
We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.
 
Change of Mind
- 
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but we’re happy to help you find the perfect box next time!
 
How to Start a Return
