We’re excited to deliver joy to your doorstep! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our gift boxes:

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed after 2pm AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day based on stock availability
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time—we’ll let you know!
   
Domestic Shipping 
- We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days (let us know if you need this)
       
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and box size.
   
International Shipping -We do not currently ship internationally
   
Delays & Disruptions
We’re not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or Australia Post. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.
   

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please email us at info@justbecausegiftsandco.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos and your order number—we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
   
Local Free Delivery
If you're in the Fraser Coast region, we offer free local delivery. Once you put your postcode in it will automatically advise if you meet the free delivery option.
